Limited Edition Neons
Celebrity and Fashion eye makeups are widely known to be beautiful, alluring, trendy and most of the time, over-the-top GLAMOROUS. As these makeups make your eyes pop gorgeously, they also come in a variety of prices which is most of the time, over-the-top expensive as well. Albeit, finding a very trendy, affordable and satisfaction guaranteed eye shadow was a challenge. This was true until BYS Cosmetics, a popular Australian brand, landed our local stores.
The BYS Limited Edition Neon eye shadow is actually a 5-pc matte eye shadow. These shades have brought me back to my high school days where my STABILO highlighters were always a staple.
The VERDICT:
When I saw this palette, over the local Watson's counter, my eyes flickered whether to buy or not. But, this was such a cute palette and is a limited edition. So, eyes closed, I bought it without even trying it on. I went home and was excited to use it. The eye shadow palette is composed of a neon yellow, neon green, neon orange, electric pink, and a bright purple. IT WAS SCARY! The yellow one was the most pigmented yet the most powdery of them all. While the green wasn't that bright and it was also the least pigmented. Now, the orangey and pink shade was the most wearable of them all but was uniquely pigmented that still makes this palette trendy. Price? This retailed for 299 or 399 if i'm not mistaken.
