Pennies and Diamonds for a kiss of cosmetics

I believe every girl CAN talk about fashion and beauty all day without pausing for a bladder break or getting distracted. She can even rant about her new beauty raves and musings without getting bored. She can HOARD a stash if she wants to and still feel HAPPY. But in some cases, MONEY MATTERS and these little luxuries becomes the second priority. 

However, in my opinion, as well as other beauty experts say, there are ways to glam up yourselves without spending a fortune. After all, there are still make-ups which are cheap yet provides a superb quality. VALUE FOR MONEY. So, I have grouped some familiar make-up brands in 3 classifications: SAVE, SPEND and.. uhm, well, SPLURGE!!!

I've been lemming on different make-ups (but i go ga-ga about lipsticks). More often than not, i spend more than a couple of bucks on it. Never mind the brand, as long as it gives me the right finish, that's fine with me.
