MAC PRO Lip Palette in Preferred Pinks

Let's review the MAC PRO Lip Palette in Preferred Pinks shall we?

I love makeups. I'm obsessed with lipsticks. In fact, more than half the weight of my bag can be blamed on the number of cosmetics that I carry and I consider as a "might" need in those "just in case" moments. I am fund of retouching/changing my lipsticks from time to time. I love to change my lipstick to level up with my mood. So it goes without saying that, there are days you'll see me wearing that pink lipstick in the morning and red lipstick at night or vice versa. These are only possible when I carry a huge stash of lipstick that I can use whenever.

Late last year, I have come to know a MAC PRO lip palette that will prevent me from those back aches from heavy bags related to my makeup stash. Back then, I was told that these are only limited editions, that's why I wasn't able to get my hands on these babies. And in my undying search, earlier this year, I was introduced to the Japonesque lip palette well and divider. That time, I thought.. "WOW" this will really be of great help to me as I envison myself carrying my favorite lipsticks every single day. But all those came to halt when these lip palette costs a hefty amount of money I couldn't bare to accept.  So, I didn't purchase it. And now,... I'M IN LOVE!!!

I have found the MAC PRO Lip Palette in Preferred Pinks. I was torn whether to get these or the Editorial Reds but I was more of a pink lippie kind of girl rather than the other. Hence, I decided to get this. This is the answer to my makeup clutter problems since I get to have 6 lipstick shades in 1 palette and the cherry on top, it came from MAC. Real steal right?! LOL!

The MAC PRO Lip Palette in Preferred Pinks gives you 6 different lip colors in different textures, consistencies and finish. The package includes Pretty Please (Lustre), Please Me (Matte), Lovelorn (Lustre), Creme de la Femme (Frost), Show Orchid (Amplified Creme) and Violetta (Amplified Creme). Of course, you should not expect to get the same amount of products per pan as compared to the tube. Obviously, each pan would contain lesser lipsticks than those on the tube. But this will give you an idea on which to splurge on and this is very handy. There's no lip brush that came along with this palette but you can always use those handy traveller brush sets you have on your kikay kits. The price? well, this is US$40 from MAC online and is not available locally but I bet you can order these from you favorite online sellers.

Can you guess which lipstick combination I used? :)
